After a successful theatrical run, A Quiet Place: Day One has finally debuted on digital platforms and store shelves. The third movie in the franchise, created by John Krasinski, is now available for US and UK fans to rent or buy.
Krasinki’s A Quiet Place dropped in 2018 and birthed a series of horror movies about the invasion of sound-sensitive creatures from outer space, where the slightest noise may end one’s life.
While the second film follows the fate of the family from the first movie, the third instalment takes viewers to the early days of the apocalypse. A Quiet Place: Day One expands the universe by introducing the new characters, played by Oscar winner Lupita Nyong’o, and Stranger Things star, Joseph Quinn.

The new A Quiet Place movie is now available on VOD in the US and UK.
You can rent or buy it on Amazon Prime Video US and Prime Video UK, as well as other movies from the franchise – A Quiet Place and A Quiet Place: Part II.
If you purchase digital access to A Quiet Place: Day One, you will also get over 50 minutes of bonus features: deleted and extended scenes, behind-the-scenes looks and interviews with the cast and filmmakers.
The movie hit digital in America on 30 July 2024, and in the UK on 27 August 2024.
When could A Quiet Place: Day One be released on streaming services?
The survival horror is currently available on Paramount+ in the US.
The film arrived on streaming on 27 August 2024. You can watch it with the basic subscription called Paramount+ Essential that costs $7.99 per month or $59.99 per year.
For now, it’s unknown when the film will appear on streaming in the UK, but we will keep you informed on that matter.
